KULDIP SINGH J. (ORAL)

Petitioner is aggrieved of the order dated 4.8.2017

(Annexure-P-4), passed by the learned District Judge, Family Court,

Barnala, vide which he was directed to pay Rs. 6,000/- per month as

maintenance pendent lite.

After hearing the learned counsel for petitioner, I am of the view

that keeping in view the prices of essential commodities, one can barely

survive with Rs. 6,000/- per month. There is no illegality or infirmity in the

quantum of maintenance, fixed by the Family Court, Barnala. Instant

revision is dismissed.
