Petitioners are the accused in FIR No.506 dated 14.09.2017, under

Sections 304B/498A IPC, Police Station City Narnaul. It is fairly stated that the

final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has been presented in this case.

In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks

to withdraw this petition at this stage, with liberty to the petitioners to avail

remedy/remedies as may be available to them, in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforementioned.
