1. Petitioner has filed this bail application under Section 439

Cr.P.C.

2. F.I.R. No 259/2017 was registered at Police Station Hindoli,

Bundi for offence under Sections 354 I.P.C. and 9/10 of POCSO

Act.

3. No case for grant of bail to the petitioner is made out, as the

allegations have been levelled by nine years old girl in her

statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

4. This bail application is, accordingly, rejected.

5. Petitioner would be free to move fresh bail application after

recording of the statement of prosecutrix in Court.
