Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking

anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 25 dated 24.1.2018, registered under

Sections 376, 120-B IPC and later on added Section 377 IPC, Police Station

Division No. 7, Ludhiana.

Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated

01.3.2018, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the

investigation.

Looking to the circumstances, but without commenting on the

merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 01.3.2018

granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute subject to the

conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of

the Code of Criminal Procedure.
