Learned counsel representing the petitioner, on
instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this
stage.
2. Accordingly, in view of the aforesaid prayer having been
made by learned counsel representing the petitioner, the present
petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
3. However, respondentpetitioner is directed to ensure that
arrears, if any, on account of maintenance under Section 125 Cr.P.C
are paid to the petitioner /children within a period of one month, if not
already paid. It has been also informed that application under Section
