ORAL ORDER

1. By way of the present petition, the petitioner has
prayed to quash the FIR being C.R.No.I – 11 of 2017
registered with Dungar Police Station, Amreli for the offence
punishable under sections 498A, 323, 114, etc. of the Indian
Penal Code.

2. Considering the peculiar facts and circumstances
of the case and considering the fact that meager amount of
Rs.1500/- has been awarded by the learned Trial Court
towards maintenance and the applicant is practising lawyer, I
do not find any reason to entertain this petition. Hence, this
petition is meritless and the same deserves to be dismissed
and is accordingly dismissed.
