Applicant seeks quashing of chargesheet which has been filed

in pursuance of the complaint made by respondent no. 2. The

offences are under section 498A, 405 323, 504, 507 and 34 of IPC

The complaint is lodged on 7/5/2018 and chargesheet is filed on

28/8/2018.

2. We find that the contention about the absence of any

material against the applicant who happens to be brother-in-law of

respondent no. 2, can be better examined by the trial court.

3. Hence, with the said liberty and keeping all the contentions
