The present petition has been filed under Section 482

Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No. 0123/2018, registered at

Police Station Gangapur City, Government Railway Police, Ajmer

for the offences under Sections 7 and 8 of POCSO Act and Section

354 IPC.

During the course of arguments, the learned counsel

for the petitioner has restricted his prayer to urge that the

investigating officer be directed to take into consideration the

version of the petitioner and the documents in support thereof.

The learned Public Prosecutor has submitted that in

case petitioner appear before the investigating officer and project

his version and produce document in support thereof, the same

shall be duly considered by the investigating officer. The learned

Public Prosecutor has assured that the investigating officer shall

act fairly and impartially.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

that the present petition be disposed of in terms of the statement

made by the learned Public Prosecutor.
