Mr. B.N.Mohta, learned counsel for the petitioner/husband
submits that the consent terms were filed for obtaining divorce by
mutual consent and in the same, the respondent/wife undertook
to withdraw the proceedings bearing Case No.6703577/2015
under section 498A of IPC against the petitioner/ husband and
his family members, which is pending on the file of Metropolitan
Magistrate, Boriwali, Mumbai. It is submitted that the
undertaking is not fulfilled.

Notice before admission to the respondents, returnable
after three weeks.
