Heard. Perused F.I.R. and related police papers.
2. The applicants are alleged to have committed offences punishable
under Sections 498A, 323, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian
Penal Code. From the averments in F.I.R. it appears that no custodial
interrogation of the applicants is required.
3. Considering the nature of offence, I am inclined to grant bail to
the applicants. Hence, ad-interim protection granted vide order dated 21 st
November, 2019 is hereby confirmed. Application is disposed of accordingly.
