Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the present
petition may be disposed of with a direction to the Additional Principal Judge,
Family Court, Gurugram to finally adjudicate upon the petition filed by the
respondent-husband under Sections 7, 8, 9, 10 11 of the Guardian and SectionWards
Act, 1890 through which he has claimed guardianship of the minor children of the
parties.
Since the above petition was filed by the respondent-husband
way back in the year 2017 and also that the decision to finally decide the lis
between the parties would be prejudicial to none, the Trial Court is directed to
dispose of the respondent’s aforesaid petition within six months from the date of
the receipt of a copy of this order.
In the meanwhile, as per discussions held with the parties and their
minor children in the Chamber, the respondent-husband is permitted to meet the

minor children of the parties once in every three months on a Sunday as per
convenience of all concerned. On such day the children shall be with their father
from 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM.
The present petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
