This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482
of Cr.P.C praying to quash the FIR against the
petitioners/ accused No.1 to 6 in the Halasurgate
Women Police Station Cr. No.5/2017 for the alleged
offences p/u/s 498A, 506 of IPC and Sections 3, 4 of
the D.P Act on the file of the Learned VI A.C.M.M,
Bengaluru.

This Criminal Petition coming on for Orders, this
day, the Court made the following:

ORDER

None appears on behalf of the petitioners. Office

objections have not been complied inspite of sufficient

opportunity being granted. This would only indicate

that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the

petition. Hence, petition is dismissed for non-

prosecution.
