ORDER

Dated this the 16th day of October,2019

This is an application for anticipatory bail filed under

Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short ‘the

Cr.P.C.’)

2. Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.1663/2019 of

Kadakkal Police Station in Kollam District.

3. As per the First Information Statement lodged

before the Station House Officer, Kadakkal Police Station,

the case against the petitioner is for the offences punishable

under Sections 294(b),341,323,324 and 354 of the Indian

Penal Code (for short ‘the IPC’).

4. When the case has come up for hearing, the learned

Public Prosecutor on instructions, submits that the offence

under Section 354 IPC has been deleted subsequently and all

other offences are bailable as per the scheme of the Criminal

Procedure Code. This submission is recorded.

In the result, the Bail Application for anticipatory

bail stands dismissed with liberty to move before the court

concerned seeking regular bail in accordance with law.
