This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of
directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to register an FIR against respondents
No.5 to 10 for committing offence of sexual harassment, demand of dowry
etc.
It has been argued that the petitioner has already filed a
complaint before the Magistrate for the offence punishable under Sections
376, 377, 498A, 120-B of Indian Penal Code but the Magistrate has given a
long date.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with a
direction to the trial Magistrate to prepone the trial and proceed in
accordance with law and dispose of the same in expeditious manner.
