Present petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution
of India for setting aside the impugned order dated 19.02.2018 (P-3), passed by
learned Additional District Judge, Jalandhar, whereby maintenance pendente lite
@ Rs.3000/- per month and fixed litigation expenses to the tune of Rs.4000/-
were allowed to the respondent. Further challenge is to the order dated
21.04.2018 (P-4) issuing notice of motion in the execution application.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present
petition.
Permitted to do so.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
