connection with Bhangore P.S. Case No. 24 of 2019 dated
01/02/2019 under Sections 498A/323/307/406/494/34 of

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are
the brothers-in-law of the victim housewife and the principal
accused i.e. the husband is in custody.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes
the prayer for anticipatory bail.
Having considered the materials in the case diary and
bearing in mind the extent of complicity of the petitioners in the
alleged crime and the fact that the principal accused is in
custody, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the
In the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on
bail upon furnishing a Bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two
sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the Arresting
Officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under
Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, disposed of.
