This order shall dispose of two petitions i.e. CRM-M-10365-
2019 titled as Amit Versus State of Haryana and others and CRM-M-
11700-2019 titled as Bala Versus State of Haryana.
Prayer in both these petitions filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is
for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner (s) in case FIR No.0678 dated
15.10.2018 registered under Sections 323, 406, 498A, 506 and 34 of IPC at
Police Station Sadar Dadri, District Charkhi Dadri.

Vakalatnama filed on behalf of respondents No.2 and 3 in
CRM-M-10365-2019 in Court today, is taken on record.
Vide order dated 07.03.2019, while issuing notice of motion for
today in CRM-M-10365-2019, arrest of the petitioner (Amit) was stayed,
whereas arrest of the co-accused Bala was stayed by this Court in CRM-M-
11700-2019 vide order dated 14.03.2019.
Counsel for the petitioner(s) has argued that during pendency of
present petitions, the matter has been compromised between the parties.
However, this fact has not been disputed by the counsel
appearing on behalf of complainant (respondents No.2 and 3).
In view of the fact that the matter has been compromised
between the parties, the present petitions are rendered infructuous and
disposed of as such.
However, in case the police finds that the petitioners are
required in the case, a prior 7 days notice shall be given to them before
initiating any action against them.
