. Issue notice. Learned APP waives service for respondent-

State and seeks time to obtain instructions. In the meantime, learned

counsel for applicant seeks interim protection contending that from report

no case is made out against applicant to connect him with this crime as

there is nothing to establish that applicant instigated deceased to commit

suicide by aiding or abetting the same.

2. Perusal of report lodged on 3rd day of incident by mother of

deceased substantiate submissions as aforesaid as allegations against

applicant made therein are of Diwali in the year 2017. Incident took

place on 4th March 2019. Similarly report also reveals attempt to

committing suicide by deceased in the year 2017. Having considering

the facts as aforesaid, following interim order is passed :-

ORDER

(i) In the event of arrest of applicant in C.R.No.78 of 2019 registered

with Khed Police Station, Pune for the offences punishable under

Sections 498A, 306, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of IPC, he shall be

released on bail on his executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/-

with one surety in the like amount;

(ii) While on bail, applicant shall mark his presence with investigating

officer for period of one week from 12th April 2019 between 10.00 a.m.

to 1.00 p.m. and thereafter as and when called till adjourned date and

shall co-operate with investigation;

(iii) Stand over to 7th June 2019.
