The petitioners undertake to affirm the application and
properly stamp the same within 48 hours of resumption of
normal functioning of the Court.

We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners
who submits that the petitioners are the brother-in-law,
father-in-law and mother-in-law respectively. It is also
submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted under
Sections 498A/306/34 of the Indian Penal Code and the
petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are in custody from 22.01.2020 and
petitioner no. 3 is in custody from17.02.2020.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for
bail.

Having considered the period of detention and the
materials on record, we are inclined to release the petitioners
on interim bail for a period of three months upon furnishing

personal bond to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial
Magistrate, Howrah and on further condition that the
petitioners shall not leave their residence without the
permission of the officer-in-charge of the local police station
and shall not intimidate the witnesses and/or tamper with the
evidence of the case.

The application being CRAN 1440 of 2020 is disposed of.

The application for bail would appear before the regular
Bench after two months.
