Considering the facts and circumstances of this

case, this appeal needs to be heard out very expeditiously.

List this appeal under the same heading,

retaining the same position in the monthly list of

November, 2019.

On 11th January, 2019, this court while

disposing of an application made by the

respondent/husband (CAN 9263 of 2018), had noted the

arrear that had fallen due in respect of payment of the

maintenance amount by the respondent, noted his case of

alleged falling income, directed ad-hoc payment of
S.D.

Rs.50,000/- and observed that the determination of

alimony on a permanent basis would be made on hearing

of the appeal.

Till the disposal of the above appeal, the court

has to make some further direction regarding

maintenance.

In those circumstances, we direct the

respondent to pay a further sum of Rs. 50,000/- ad-hoc

towards the maintenance pendente lite to the appellant

wife in the following manner:-

a. Rs.30,000/- is to be paid by electronic

transfer of fund, (RTGS) to the account of the

wife, particulars of which are to be supplied

by her advocate-on-record to the

respondent’s advocate-on-record within

fourty eight hours, by 27th September, 2019;

a. and the balance of Rs. 20,000/- to be paid in

the same manner by 4th November, 2019.

This order is passed strictly without prejudice

to the rights and contentions of the parties, as an interim

arrangement.
