In Re: – An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the
Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Gazole P.S. Case
No.324 of 2019 dated 27.07.2019 under Sections 498A/304B/34 of
the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners undertake to affirm and stamp the petition as
per the Rules within 48 hours of resumption of normal functioning
of the court. The petition is taken up through video conference on
the basis of such undertaking.
According to the petitioners, they were not involved in any
untoward incident with the victim. The petitioners claim that the
husband of the deceased victim has been enlarged on bail.
Considering the nature of the relationship between the
petitioners and the victim and the extent of the possible
involvement of the petitioners in the events leading up to the
unnatural death of the victim, there may not be any need for the
custodial interrogation of the petitioners.
Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be
released on bail upon furnishing a security for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
Ten Thousand only) each and presenting individual personal release
bonds of equivalent value to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer.
The petitioners will cooperate with the investigation and
report to the investigating officer once a fortnight till the

investigation is completed. The petitioners will also abide by the
conditions laid down in the Section 438(2) of the Code.
CRM 3065 of 2020 and CRAN 1458 of 2020 are disposed of.
