ORAL ORDER
1. This is a petition seeking quashment of the FIR being I-C.R.No.23
of 2019 registered with Dhanera Police Station, Banaskantha dated
03.04.2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, Section306 and
Section114 of the Indian Penal Code.
2. Mr.Jigar Gadhavi, learned advocate for the petitioners seeks
permission to withdraw the present petition.
3. Permission, as sought for, is hereby granted. This withdrawal shall
not come in the way of the present petitioner to take legal recourse if
available under the law. This Court has not entered into the merits of the
case. The petitioners shall be at liberty to come after once the
investigation is completed.
4. The present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
