1. The petitioner has preferred this misc. petition under
Section 482 Cr.P.C. against the order dated 1.12.2011 passed by
the learned District Session Judge, Jodhpur, Metropolitan,
presiding officer in criminal revision petition no.288/2011 titled as
Anil Marma Ors. Vs State by which the learned session court
rejected the revision petition of petitioners filed against the order
of framing of charge and against the order dated 19.11.2011
passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate No.2, Jodhpur
Metropolitan in criminal case No.89/05 tilted as state vs. Anil
Maarwal ors. Who vide above order framed the charges against
the petitioners for the offences u/s 498A, 406, 323 494 IPC.
2. The Division Bench of this Court in D.B. Civil Misc.
(2 of 2)
[CRLMP-2683/2011]
Petition No.805/2012 has already held that the S.B. Criminal
Misc. Petition No.2683/2011 pending before this Court shall also
stand dismissed as becoming infructuous on quashing of trial
pending in relation to the charge concerned. Hence, the same is
dismissed as having become infructuous.
