The petitioner assailed Order No. 13 dated March 23, 2018 passed by

the learned Additional District Judge, 5th Court, Barasat, North 24

Parganas in Miscellaneous (Matrimonial) Appeal No. 207 of 2017.

By the impugned order, the learned Court has directed to the

petitioner to pay maintenance pendente lite to the opposite party to the

tune of Rs. 20, 000/- (Twenty thousand only) per month in addition to Rs.

10,000/- (Ten thousand) towards the litigation costs.

The petitioner should serve copy of the application along with

annexures, if any, upon the opposite party within a week from date and file

affidavit-of-service on the next date of hearing.

Let the matter stand over for a week.
