The prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 438
Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.540 dated 16.09.2016
registered under Section 498A, 406, 323, 354 IPC, registered at Police
Station SGM Nagar, Faridabad, Distt. Faridabad.

Learned counsel for the State has informed the Court on
instructions from HC-Roshan Lal that petitioner has joined the investigation
on 28.02.2017 and no further custodial interrogation is required in the
matter.

In view of the above, interim order dated 14.02.2017 is made
absolute and the present petition is disposed of as such.
