Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Mr.Nakhwa,

APP for the State.

2. The applicant is apprehending the arrest in the Crime No.

49 of 2018 dated 17.01.2018 registered under Sections 498A, Section406,

Section354, Section509, Section506(ii), Section323, Section34 of Indian Penal Code.

3. Perused the complaint and the order dated 24.08.2018

passed by the Hon’ble Appex Court. The copy of the order is at page

No. 40. The Hon’ble Supreme Court in its order directed, no coercive

steps shall be taken against the petitioner in connection with the FIR

No. 49 of 2018 dated 17th January, 2018 registered with Samta Nagar

Police Station, Mumbai.

4. In view of the order passed by the Hon’ble Apex Court the

application is granted subject to following conditions :

ORDER

(i) In the event of the arrest of the applicant in the Crime No.

49 of 2018 they shall be released on executing P. R.Bond

in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- each with the one or more

sureties in the like amount ;

(ii) They shall furnish particulars of their address and their

respective mobile numbers to the Investigating Officer.

(iii) They shall attend the concerned Police Station once in a

week on each Monday commencing from 11.11.2019

between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for the period of two

months;

(iv) The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or

attempt to influence or contact the complainant,

witnesses or any person concerned with the case.

5. The application is disposed of.
