Parties jointly request for quashing of the FIR in respect of the CR
No. 131 of 2016 and R.C.C. 1640 of 2016 under section 498A, 406,
323, 504, 506 and 34 of I.P.C. as also under section 66(C) and
66(E) of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
3. Respondent no.3 has filed affidavit accordingly in court and
he has accepted the correctness thereof.

4. Parties state that they are also securing divorce by mutual
consent.
5. In view of these developments, we make the rule absolute
and quash and set aside C.R. No. 131 of 2016 and R.C.C. No. 1640
of 2016.
