for quashment in connection with IC.
R.No.58 of 2018 registered with Vejalpur
Police Station, District Ahmedabad for the
offences punishable under Sections 306,
498A and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

2.Let the Investigating Officer be called
for with the papers of investigation.
Stand Over to December 06, 2018.”
