The petitioners undertake to affirm and stamp the petition as

per the Rules within 48 hours of resumption of normal functioning of

the court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the

basis of such undertaking.

The petitioners are the parents-in-law and a brother-in-law of

the de facto complainant. The husband was taken into custody and

has been enlarged on bail, according to the petitioners.

Considering the nature of the charges, there may not be any

need for the immediate detention of any of the petitioners.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioners will be

released on bail upon furnishing a security of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees

Ten Thousand only) each and furnishing personal release bonds of

equivalent value each to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. The

petitioners should also cooperate with the investigation and report to

the Investigating Officer once a fortnight till the investigation is

completed.

CRM 2956 of 2020 and CRAN 1391 of 2020 are disposed of.
