Judgment / Order

19/09/2019

The instant misc. petition has been filed by the petitioner for

quashing of FIR No.0061/2019, PS Takhatgarh, District Pali for offences

under Sections 498A, Section406, Section323 IPC.

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a report dated

19.09.2019 received from the SHO, PS Takhatgarh, District Pali wherein

it has been mentioned that after thorough investigation, challan has

already been filed by the Police against the petitioner before the

competent court. The said report is hereby taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present

misc. petition has become infructuous and dismissed accordingly.

Stay application also dismissed.
