Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 of the

Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the

petitioner in case FIR No.45 dated 05.06.2019 under Sections 406/Section498A

IPC registered at Police Station PS Women, Patiala.

Power of attorney filed on behalf of the complainant in Court

today is taken on record.

Vide order dated 29.08.2019, the matter was referred to the

Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and the parties were

directed to appear before the mediator.

Report dated 22.10.2019 has been received from the mediator,

wherein it has been reported that the parties have settled their dispute by

way of amicable settlement. The said report is accompanied with

settlement/compromise dated 27.11.2019, which is already on record.

Parties are present in Court. They are not disputing the

settlement/compromise so arrived at.

In view of above, the present petition is disposed of and the

interim order dated 29.08.2019, whereby arrest of the petitioner was stayed,

is made absolute.

However, in case the petitioner is required in the case in any

manner, a clear 15 days prior notice be given to him.
