Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the
petitioner in FIR No.3 dated 04.01.2018 registered under Sections 406
IPC (Sections 420 and 120-B IPC added later) at Police Station Phul,
District Bathinda.

Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner
is in judicial lock up since 04.01.2018 and thereafter, he was granted
interim bail on 05.04.2018 on account of marriage in his family and at
present, he is on interim bail. It is further submitted that the matter has
been compromised between the petitioner and the complainant.

Counsel for the State, assisted with counsel for the
complainant has not disputed the factual assertions but opposed the
prayer for bail.

Counsel for the complainant has further submitted that as
per the compromise an amount of Rs.45 lacs which is lying deposited in
parking account will be returned to the complainant.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the
interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 05.04.2018 is
made absolute.
