PER COURT:-

1. Learned A.P.P. seeks time since the investigation papers are

not yet received.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that though the

name of the applicant is mentioned in the F.I.R. general allegations

have been made against her and no specific role has been attributed

to her. Learned counsel submits that the allegations have been

made against the applicant and co-accused persons to the effect that

all of them tortured deceased for the reason that she had not given

birth to child. Learned counsel submits that on the same set of

allegations, the Sessions court has granted anticipatory bail to co-

accused husband. Thus, I am inclined to grant interim anticipatory

bail to the applicant, till further orders.

3. In view of same, until further orders, in the event of arrest of

the applicant Ayesha w/o Shaikh Zakir @ Bablu in connection with

crime no. 245 of 2019 registered with Bazar Peth Police Station,

Bhusawal, District Jalgaon for the offences punishable under

sections 306, 498A, 304 r.w. 34 of SectionI.P.C., she be released on

furnishing personal bond of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety of

the like amount, on the following conditions:-

a) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution

evidence in any manner.

b) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station

as and when required by the investigating officer.

4. Stand over to 16.07.2019.
