the Code of Criminal Procedure filed on 30.01.2018 in connection
with Gopalnagar P.S. Case No.821 of 2017 dated 03.12.2017 under
Sections 498A/306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are the

in-laws of the victim-housewife who committed suicide nine years

after marriage.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials in the case diary and

bearing in mind the nature of allegations and in the light of the

aforesaid submission on behalf of the petitioners, we are of the

opinion that custodial interrogation may not be necessary and they

may be granted anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the

petitioners shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing

bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two

sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting

officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under

Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
