HON’BLE JUSTICE DR VIRENDRA KUMAR MATHUR
Order
07/12/2017

This bail application has been filed under Section 439

Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.64/2017, P.S. Mahajan, Bikaner

for the offences under Sections 498A, 304B and 302/34 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there

was no injury on the body of the deceased, which shows that no

beatings were given by the petitioner and other in-laws. The

petitioner is a lady having good reputation in the society.

Learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed the bail

application. Learned counsel for the complainant also opposed the

bail application and contended that the accused-petitioner is

involved in the commission of crime.

On consideration of facts and circumstances of the

case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, I
(2 of 2)
[CRLMB-9101/2017]

am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner-accused on bail. The bail

application is, therefore, dismissed.

(DR VIRENDRA KUMAR MATHUR)J.
