The petitioner seeks quashing of Criminal complaint No. 32417

of 2013 dated 29.10.2013 under Sections 406, 498A IPC and summoning

order dated 12.06.2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the

pendency of this petition, this matter has been amicably resolved and

criminal complaint No. 32417 of 2013 has been withdrawn by the

complainant on 07.10.2017. It is, thus, submitted that this petition has been

rendered infructuous.

Copy of order dated 07.10.2017 passed by learned Judicial

Magistrate First Class, Jalandhar is taken on record subject to just

exceptions.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
