Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the

petitioners in FIR No.145 dated 11.12.2016 under Sections 406/498A/120B

IPC registered at Police Station Khamanon District Fatehgarh Sahib.

Petitioners are the mother-in-law and father-in-law, respectively,

of the complainant in this case.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Jasbir

Singh, informs that in the interregnum the matter has been amicably resolved

between the parties. A petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act,

1955 has been filed on 09.02.2017 by the son of the petitioners and the

complainant. The petitioners have joined investigation and they are not

required for custodial interrogation.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances as above but without

commenting upon or expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, it is

considered just and expedient to allow this petition.

Consequently, order dated 19.01.2017 is made absolute.
