05/08.10.2018 Mr. Sandeep Verma, the learned counsel for the
petitioner states that order dated 07.05.2018 passed in Title
(Matrimonial) Suit No. 366 of 2015 would reflect that the entire
amount on account of maintenance pendente lite granted by the
Court under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act has been
deposited by the petitioner.

In the changed circumstance, the learned counsel for the
petitioner submits that the petitioner now does not want to prosecute
this writ petition and accordingly he seeks permission to withdraw
the writ petition.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
