SectionIPC and Sections 3, 4 of D.P.Act pending on the file of
Senior Civil Judge and JMFC Court, Sira, Tumkuru District.
This Criminal petition coming on for Admission, this
day, the Court made the following:
ORDER
None appears on behalf of the petitioners. Even on
06.08.2019, none appeared for the petitioners indicating
that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the
petition.
Hence, petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
