Biltu Bhattacharya Vs. State of West Bengal

[Review Petition (Crl) No. of 2022 arising out of D. No. 29606 of 2021]

[Criminal Appeal No. 1182 of 2019]

Delay in preferring Review Petition is condoned.

The conviction and sentence recorded against the petitioner for having committed offences punishable under Sections 302 read with 120-B of the IPC and Section 27(3) of the Arms Act, 1959 by both the courts below, was

affirmed after considering the entire material on record.

We have gone through the grounds raised in the Review Petition and do not find any error apparent on record to justify interference.

This Review Petition is, therefore, dismissed.
