1. This is an application for anticipatory bail in connection with
CR No.250 of 2018 registered with Vashi Police Station, Navi
Mumbai under Sections 498A, 406, 323, 504, 506 r/w Section 34 of
Indian Penal Code.

2. The complaint is lodged by wife of applicant. The other
accused was granted anticipatory bail by Sessions Court. During the
pendency of application, the applicant and others were protected by
interim orders. Learned advocate Mr.Thakkar states that he has
instructions to appear for the intervenor-original complainant. He
seeks permission to intervene in this application. Being the first
informant, the intervenor is permitted to intervene in this
application. Learned advocate for applicant is directed to add

original complainant as respondent no.2. Amendment be carried out
within one week and copy of application be served within the same
time to advocate for complainant. Mr.Mehul Thakkar waives service
for original complainant.

3. The dispute arises out of matrimonial discord between parties.
Hence, I pass following order :

ORDER

(i) In the event of arrest of applicant in connection with CR
No.250 of 2018 registered with Vashi Police Station, Navi Mumbai,
the applicant be released on bail on furnishing PR bond in the sum of
Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount;

(ii) This interim protection is granted till next date of hearing;

(iii) Stand over to 24th September 2018.
