Notice. Mr. P.K. Bhatti, Additional Advocate

General, appears and waives notice on behalf of the

respondent-State. Let Police report be filed on 16th May, 2018.

Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the

petitioner states that though he could not get the copy of F.I.R,

but probably the case has been registered against the petitioner

for outraging the modesty of the complainant, i.e. likely to be

under Section 354 IPC. He prayed that till the next date of

hearing, in the event of his arrest in this case, the petitioner be

released on bail.

Heard. At this time, taking into consideration the fact

that the petitioner is ready and willing to join the investigation

and is not in a position to flee from justice, also taking into

consideration the averments, which have come on record, it is

ordered that, till the next date of hearing, in the event of his

arrest in this case, which as per learned counsel for the petitioner

has been registered under Section 354 IPC or some relevant

provisions for allegedly outraging the modesty of the

complainant, at Police Station Dharampur, District Solan, H.P.,

the petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing personal bond to

the tune of ` 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with one surety in

the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer,

subject to the following conditions:-

1. That the petitioner will join investigation of case as and
when called for by the Investigating Officer in accordance
with law.

2. That the petitioner will not leave India without prior
permission of the Court.

3. That the petitioner will not directly or indirectly make any

inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with
the facts of the case so as to dissuade him/her from disclosing
such facts to the Investigating Officer or Court.
