21.05.2018 Present: Mr. Sat Prakash, Advocate, for the

petitioner.

Mr. Rajat Chauhan, Law Officer, for the
respondent-State.

Notice. Mr. Rajat Chauhan, learned Law Officer,

appears and waives notice on behalf of the respondent-

State. Let Police report be filed on 30th May, 2018.

The present bail application is maintained by

the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail, in case, under

Section 354 IPC and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, registered

at Police Station Bakloh, District Chamba, H.P., in which the

petitioner is apprehending his arrest.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties

and going through the records, this Court finds that as the

petitioner is ready and willing to join the investigation and

he is resident of the place neither in a position to flee from

justice nor in a position to tamper with the prosecution

evidence, it is ordered that till the next date of hearing, in

the event of his arrest in this case, under Section 354 of the

Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act,

registered at Police Station Bakloh, District Chamba, H.P.,

the petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing personal

bond to the tune of ` 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand)

with one surety in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the

Investigating Officer, subject to the following conditions:-

1. That the petitioner will join investigation of case as
and when called for by the Investigating Officer in
accordance with law.

2. That the petitioner will not leave India without prior
permission of the Court.

3. That the petitioner will not directly or indirectly
make any inducement, threat or promise to any person
acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade
him/her from disclosing such facts to the Investigating
Officer or Court.
