ORDER

Petitioners herein have been arrayed as accused 2 to 6 among the six

accused in the instant Crime No.1071/2019 of Kundara Police Station,

Kollam, which has been registered for offences punishable under

Secs.294(b), 323, 313, 498A 506 of the Indian Penal Code, on the basis of

the FI Statement given by the lady de facto complainant on 21.05.2019 at

about 10 p.m., in respect of the alleged incident which happened for the

period from 16.01.2012 onwards. The lady de facto complainant herein is

the wife of A-1.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor would submit on the basis of

instructions that the petitioners herein (accused 2 to 6) have already been

deleted from the accused array in the instant crime by the Investigating

Officer and now the originally arrayed accused No.1 is the sole accused in

the present crime and that therefore, the apprehension of the petitioners

that they will be arrested in relation to the investigation in this crime is

unfounded, as they are no longer accused in this crime. The said

submission on behalf of the prosecution is recorded.

Recording the abovesaid submission made by the prosecution, the

above application will stand disposed of.
