Police Station Case No.335 of 2018 dated 26-08-2018 under
Sections 498A/304B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is one of the close relatives of the
husband of the victim. The victim appears to have committed
suicide by hanging within a few years of her marriage.

The State produces the case diary and refers to some of
the witness statements. The husband of the victim has been
arrested.

Considering the nature of the allegations as well as the
extent of involvement of the present petitioner in the incident
that led to the unnatural death of the victim, there may not be
any necessity to take the petitioner into custody.
