The present application has been maintained by the

applicant/petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for correction of

typographical errors in order dated 05.02.2020, passed by this

Court in Cr.MP(M) No. 216 of 2020.

A perusal of order dated 05.02.2020 shows that FIR

No. is same, but inadvertently district of police station has been

wrongly mentioned as Kullu instead of Mandi and Section 354

IPC has not been mentioned.

In view of the above, order dated 05.02.2020,

passed by this Court in Cr.MP(M) No. 216 of 2020 is modified

and last para of the same be read as under:

“At this stage, after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner,
learned Additional Advocate General for the respondent/State,
going through the records and keeping in view the facts and
circumstances of the case, it is ordered that the petitioner be
enlarged on bail, till the next date of hearing, in case FIR No. 28
of 2020, under Section 3(1)(f), (s), (w) (i) of Scheduled caste and
Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, and Section
354 IPC, registered at Police Station Aut, Mandi, H.P., on his
furnishing personal bond to the tune of Rs, 20,000/­ (rupees
twenty thousand only) with one surety in the like amount to the
satisfaction of the Registrar/Additional Registrar (Judicial),
subject the following conditions:

1. That the petitioner will join investigation of the
case as and when called for by the Investigating
Officer in accordance with law;

2. That the petitioner will not leave India without
prior permission of the Court;

3. That the petitioner will not directly or indirectly
make any inducement, threat or promise to any
person acquainted with the facts of the case so

as to dissuade him/her from disclosing such
facts to the Investigating Officer or Court.”

The application stands disposed of.
