C.R.R. No. 127 of 2019 has been filed seeking quashing of G.R.

Case No.1531 of 2018 arising out of Sonarpur Police Station Case No.

434 of 2018 dated 21.03.2018 under Sections 498A/Section323 read with

Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

CRAN 194 of 2019 has been filed jointly by the opposite party

no.2-wife and the revisionist-husband, inter alia, pleading that a divorce

has been granted by mutual consent in M.A.T. Case No. 217 of 2018.

There are no further disputes and differences between the parties.

In those circumstances, G.R. Case No.1531 of 2018 arising out of

Sonarpur Police Station Case No. 434 of 2018 dated 21.03.2018 shall

stand quashed and set aside.

The application being CRAN 194 of 2019 is hereby allowed.

Consequently, C.R.R. No. 127 of 2019 shall stand disposed of.

Photostat certified copy of the decree for divorce dated 18th

January, 2019 passed in M.A.T. No. 217 of 2018 shall be kept on record.

The bonds under which the petitioners were granted bail shall

stand discharged.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be

supplied to the parties as early as possible.
