Thepetitionerno.1wasmarriedtoSureshKumarAgarwalwhoisthe
brotheroftheoppositepartyno.2oftheinstantcase.However,onsome
matrimonialmisunderstandings,thedeceasedfatherofthepetitionerno.1had
institutedacasebeingJaigaonPoliceStationCaseNo.69of2005dated29th
September,2005underSections498A/Section325/Section34oftheIPCagainsttheopposite
partyno.2andothers.TheInvestigatingAgencyhassubmittedachargesheet
beingChargeSheetNo.4of2006dated25thJanuary,2006SectionoftheIndianPenal
Codeagainstthepetitioners.Itissubmittedthatontheinterventionoffriends,
associatesandwellwishers,thedisputesanddiscordbyandbetweenthe
petitionerno.1andthebrotheroftheoppositepartyno.2havebeenresolved
amicablyandacompromisehasbeenarrivedatbyandbetweentheparties.Asa

result,boththepartieshaveresolvedtheirdifferencesonceandforallandboth
thepartieshavedecidedtowithdrawand/oramicablysettlethedisputesaswell
asothercriminalproceedings.
Ihaveheardlearnedcounselforboththeparties.
Idonotfindanylegalimpedimentinconsideringtheprayeroftheparties
tothiscase.Accordingly,theproceedingbeingG.R.CaseNo.907of2005pending
inthecourtoflearnedJudicialMagistrate,2ndCourt,Alipurduararisingoutof
JaigaonPoliceStationCaseNo.85of2005dated29thNovember,2005under
Sections147/148/149/447/379/325/506/120BoftheIndianPenalCodeis
quashed
Thus,therevisionalapplicationbeingCRR3340of2018andthe
applicationbeingCRAN3210of2018aredisposedof.
Urgentphotostatcertifiedcopyofthisorder,ifappliedfor,shallbegivento
thepartiesasexpeditiouslyaspossible.
