1. The present application has been filed by the Applicant accused
under Section 439 of Criminal Procedure Code for grant of
regular bail, which is a successive bail application.

2. The Applicant – accused is charged with having committed
offence under Sections 306, 498A, 504 and 114 of the Indian
Penal Code, for which complaint has been lodged being I-CR
No. 56 of 2017 with Morbi City ‘A’ Division Police Station, Morbi.

3. Learned Advocate Ms. Rupal R. Patel for the Applicant seeks
permission to withdraw the present Application.

4. Permission granted. The present application stands disposed of
as withdrawn. Rule is discharged.
