Petitioner has sought pre-arrest bail in a case registered against

him under section 406 IPC vide FIR No. 19 dated 14.04. 2016 at police

station Women Cell, Bathinda.

Vide order dated August 30, 2016, ad-interim bail was granted

to petitioner by the coordinate Bench. Investigation made some headway

thereafter. Admittedly, same has been completed and challan presented

against the petitioner before the competent court. According to State

counsel, an application under section 319 Cr.P.C. has also been moved for

summoning additional accused. He further submits that petitioner is not

required for the purpose of investigation. The order may be made absolute.

Ordered accordingly. This, however, will be subject to the conditions

envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
